What we believe

We believe that God has given the husband and wife mutual responsibility over one another:
The husband to be a sacrificial shepherd for his wife and children, and the wife to be her husband’s healer and higher guide.

The husband is the wife‘s sacrificial shepherd as Jesus shepherds the church, and God called Eve Adam’s „ezer neged“ – the rescuer or higher advocate (greek: paracleitos) - his rescuing companion, the one who “walks before”.  These terms for Eve are otherwise used only for God or the Holy Spirit throughout the bible. „Helper“ is damagingly incorrect.

This is why we have started ONE Ministry. As Men have the power to make women blossom or destroy them, Women also have the power to heal and strengthen or to destroy men. But one of them will have to start the turnaround to END the present war between men and women leading to mutual destruction. We believe that biblically, this task was given to women as the softer, more gentle vessel through which the Lord’s strength can work more easily.

While early feminism was justified to gain back basic human rights which had been stripped away from women over the centuries, the post-modern feminists have declared Man the enemy of Woman, leading to an escalation of rivalry and conflict resulting in the incredible overburdening of women around the globe while leaving an ever-larger portion of men underoccupied and obsolete in women’s lives, opening them up to unholy temptations and uselessness.

Here are the three columns we believe peace between men and women is built on:

1.    MEN are justified in their existence most of all by EARNING the approval and favor of a VALUABLE woman.

2.    WOMEN‘s needs reflect humankind‘s needs, so their fulfillment must be MENS‘ ultimate motivation.

3.    MEN and WOMEN have peace with each other where HE is more POWERFUL, but SHE is more IMPORTANT.

GOD himself - in His everlasting perfect wisdom - has revealed in Jesus how a MAN and a WOMAN can live together in peace, enduring because they need each other and they care for each other. Starting out with faithful marriage, Jesus serves as the role model for husbands - while the church signifies the wife. “Husbands, love your wives, as Jesus loved the church and laid down his life for her” (Eph. 5.25). Jesus was clearly more powerful, yet considered the church more important than himself as proven by His ultimate self-sacrifice for her rescue. The Bible teaches the husband to unconditionally love his wife as he does his own body - nourishing (providing) and cherishing (protecting and carrying) her. The wife is to respect the husband and “step under his protection” (submit), as otherwise his sacrificial efforts will be in vain.
